Located in the picturesque city of Härnösand, Sweden, the hotel is set to offer a range of upscale amenities, including a world-class restaurant, bars, spa, gym, and easy access to outdoor activities.
To ensure guests' satisfaction, the hotel needed an advanced heating solution that would deliver consistent warmth throughout its suites, ensuring an optimal experience for visitors, even during colder months. Traditional heating methods simply could not meet the high standards expected at this luxury destination.
The Solution: Underfloor Heating for Premium Comfort
To meet these needs, the hotel chose DEVIcomfort™ 10T electric heating cables as the optimal solution.
These heating cables are designed to provide underfloor heating, ensuring an even and comfortable warmth throughout the hotel’s rooms.
The heating system, with a total output of 38.9 kW, has been specifically tailored to suit the hotel's requirements.
Each of the 120 rooms is equipped with DEVIcomfort™ heating cables, offering 300-600 W per room.
The installation process is being handled by Säbrå El, ensuring the system is integrated seamlessly into the hotel's construction, which is set to be completed ahead of the hotel's grand opening in February 2025.
